Dr. Elisa Joy Seibert is an experienced Counselor Educator who enjoys speaking teaching, and equipping therapists in the model of Emotionally Focused Therapy to help them learn and live out this model with clarity and confidence.

And she loves equipping faith communities in being places of safe, warm, responsive connection where people can heal and thrive!

She has taught at undergraduate and graduate levels at universities and educational institutions in Pennsylvania, Montana, and New Jersey, and has provided equipping workshops for therapists, pastors, ministerial staff, churches, and EFT Communities around the world. Dr. Seibert did her dissertation research on clergy knowledge of basic helping skills, and has used her findings to support institutional reform in providing more thorough equipping for pastors as front-line mental health professionals. She is a Co-Founder and Community Builder of the Central PA EFT Community, and is an ICEEFT Certified EFT Supervisor (EFCT, EFIT, EFFT) who loves to equip EFT therapists around the world in learning and living out this powerful Attachment-Based model. She has also published chapters and articles, crafted teaching videos, and enjoys coming alongside EFT therapists and people helpers of all varieties in learning how to more effectively attune, support, and skillfully nurture healing for those in their care.
