Videos and Resources to Grow Your Practice of EFT
Learn EFCT From the Best …
Ok, I’m biased! Dr. Kathryn Rheem is the ICEEFT Certified EFT Trainer (now Trainer Emeritus) under whom I learned EFT (see a picture at the bottom of this page) and I think she is AMAZING!! She is clear, knows the model inside and out, can coach learners experientially and cognitively into living the model more precisely, and is an excellent teacher (among other things!). Kathryn lives and breathes this model in a way that so many of her words are quote-worthy. And Kathryn learned directly from Dr. Sue Johnson, the creator of EFT, herself, being mentored by Sue, so she is a purist. All this to say: if you are wanting to learn EFT, particularly applying it to working with couples, she is a really great and clear trainer from whom to learn. Thankfully, she and Jennifer Olsen, Certified EFT Supervisor extraordinaire and her partner in The EFT Cafe (which is totally helpful, so check it out!), have put together many useful videos of Kathryn’s teaching, so this page will spotlight them (along with other videos featuring Kathryn from elsewhere) so you too can learn from this excellent trainer! Buckle up, enjoy the ride, and be ready to write a ton of notes as you glean EFT nuggets to use right away in your sessions! :>
